Trusted by schools across New Zealand
For many schools, creating a school yearbook feels like too much work.
Too many moving parts, limited time, and pressure to get it right.
So it gets pushed aside, or rushed together at the last minute.
At Touchprint, we take a different approach.
From design and content planning through to print and delivery, we help schools across New Zealand create yearbooks that are easy to manage, reflect their school, and are worth keeping for years to come.
All yearbooks are designed and printed in New Zealand, with secure handling of all student content and sustainable print options available.
Many of the schools we work with also rely on us for other design and print projects throughout the year.
Why yearbooks often don’t happen
It’s that the process and the cost can feel too hard.
- Too much to organise across staff and students
- No one with time to own it
- Pressure to produce something that looks good
- Uncertainty around budget and affordability
For many schools, it becomes “If not everyone can have one, is it worth doing?”

the solution
We take a different approach to school yearbooks
Tailored to how your school works, so it’s efficient, easy to manage, and doesn’t become a burden on your team.

1. Start with your free consult
We talk through your ideas, structure and what you need, so you leave with a clear direction, timeline with milestones, and a free, no-obligation quote tailored to your budget.

2. Set the direction
We create a clear plan upfront, outlining what’s needed, who’s doing what, and how it all comes together. This keeps your team organised without it becoming a burden.

3. Your team gathers content
Photos and copy are collected and shared with us in a way that works for your school.
All content is handled securely and used solely for the production of your yearbook.

4. We design your yearbook
We turn your content into a unique, professionally designed book that reflects your school.
If you prefer to design it yourself, you can provide a print-ready file.

5. Proof and print
You receive a final digital proof to review. We make any final updates, then manage production and delivery on time.

How it works in practice
We work with schools across New Zealand, including Wellington High School, where we’ve partnered on their yearbook for the past three years and are now heading into a fourth.
When they first came to us, the challenge was familiar. Bringing together content from across the school, keeping everything organised, and making sure the final book reflected who they are, without adding pressure to staff.
We worked alongside their team to map out a clear structure, put simple systems in place, and take care of the design so everything came together consistently.
Now the process runs smoothly each year. Staff know what’s needed and when, content is easy to manage, and the result is a yearbook that reflects the school and is something students want to keep.
